Would you like to work at the heart of the community; maintaining and improving the local environment for all, and ensuring that the Fenland towns, villages and communities are tidy, inviting and great places to live, work and visit?
Do you have a great work ethic, a valid driving license (Cat B) and a love of working outdoors regardless of the weather? Then we'd like you to hear from you.
To provide the best services possible, we work a variety of shifts within the Environmental Services Team, meaning you'd likely be working a 4-day shift before having 4 days off. They are longer days of around 10.5 hours, and will include weekends, along with the option of occasional overtime if required.
By joining the Fenland Team, you will be able to access excellent training and development opportunities (including HGV driver training); a varied and interesting workload; potential for benefits such as car loans/leasing options and cycle to work plans; generous annual leave and a contributory final salary pension scheme.
