We are looking for a Community Ambassador to join our Rapport team at one of our prestigious client sites in Canary Wharf. Our client is a leading American multinational investment bank and global financial services provider. This role plays a vital part in supporting their people, creating an exceptional workplace experience every day.

As a Community Ambassador, you will be the voice and tone of our workplace environment, ensuring employees and guests feel supported and valued. You will be part of a small, close-knit team in London, reporting to the UK Client Services Manager, and working alongside colleagues in both London and Glasgow.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Welcome and integrate new joiners, ensuring they feel at home in their work environment.
- Conduct tours of amenities and explain workplace policies and resources.
- Gather and report workplace data to support operational decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to promote workplace etiquette and community culture.
- Plan and deliver community events and networking opportunities.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters and intranet updates.
- Oversee amenity services such as communal areas, meeting spaces and pantries.
- Work with other teams to resolve employee needs and prepare for VIP visits.
