Will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Revenue base team to deliver the integration of our key propositions, commercial trading initiatives and consumer handset launches across our proactive base! Put the customer at the heart of what we do in a way that delivers our key performance metrics by understanding personalised customer needs and moments and matching those to our products/ propositions/ services/ messaging. Responsibilities will include retention targets, and key financial metrics (Revenue, OIBDA, Churn and NPS).

Hybrid working, with office based meetings monthly usually in Paddington, London
