We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office areas, including toilets, kitchen, staff rooms, and general working spaces. The role requires consistent standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Working Hours:
7am-10am Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
3 hours per day flexible working on Saturday and Sunday.
15 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, urinals, and washroom floors.
- Replenish toilet rolls, soap dispensers, hand towels, and other washroom consumables.
- Wipe down and disinfect kitchen worktops, appliances (e.g., microwave, fridge, kettle), and cupboard doors.
- Empty kitchen and staff room bins, replacing liners as needed.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the kitchen, staff rooms, and office areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, desks (if clear), and common touch points (e.g., door handles, light switches).
- Clean glass doors and interior windows (where accessible).
- Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and COSHH guidelines.
Essential:
- Understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
Desirable:
- Experience cleaning office environments.
- Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical handling.
- Previous experience is advantageous
Full training will be given for the successful candidates.
