Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive environment for both customers and staff. The position is currently a temporary role spread across at least 4 or 5 days of the week minimum with a potential to cover more days. Any updates on further opportunities would be presented to the correct candidate further down the line of employment.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including bar, seating areas, front steps, restaurant and garden.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively customers and staff.
- Ability to work independently and sometimes unsupervised.
- Experience in using chemicals in a safe and considerate way.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
