About our client:
Our client is a market-leading supplier of materials processing and handling equipment, serving a wide range of industries including Quarrying & Demolition, Recycling & Energy, Construction, Scrap, Ports & Rail, and Forestry & Arboriculture. Renowned for their innovative solutions and industry expertise, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality equipment and support services that help clients improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance across complex operations.

Hours of work: Wednesday & Friday 16:30-18:00, totalling 3 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Thoroughly disinfect and sanitise surfaces and areas.
Industrial cleaning to high standards.
Clean and sanitise shared areas.
Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervision
Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
