Role Overview
The role of the Cash Allocation and Support Clerk will work within the core Banking team within Savills Central Finance. The team are responsible for the daily processing and posting of tenant receipts, completing investigation work to obtain allocation info. You will be accountable for working through unidentified receipts assigned to you collaborating with internal and external customers to resolve. The role will also request internal payment transfers, return of funds to sender and process cheques received.

Team Overview
The core banking team currently consists of 5 team members and 1 Team Leader reporting into the Banking and Client Systems Manager. They manage the coding, processing and allocation of tenant receipts utilising cash allocation software.
The team also work on unidentified receipts completing due diligence to resolve, this involves working closely with internal and external customers.
4 additional team members manage the processing and allocation of tenant receipts and Credit Control for clients working on specific systems collecting payment for Rent and Service Charge due and overdue. They are responsible for managing unallocated cash, investigating and clearing bank rec items.
