Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals .
The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong desire to enhance the quality of life for those they serve. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting their independence.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and cooking.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transfers.
- Strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in health status or behavior.
- Experience working with individuals requiring memory care or hospice support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are critical for this role.

Pay: £545.38-£1,094.90 per week
