Now, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to be at the heart of this mission — guiding our students, holding them accountable, and helping them achieve the career breakthroughs that change everything.
The Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for students in the programme. Think of yourself as an internal recruitment advisor: someone who ensures students stay motivated, accountable, and fully supported until they secure a job.
You’ll own the student journey from onboarding through to job offer, tracking their wins, preparing them for interviews, and helping us showcase their success stories.
This is a fully remote, full-time role, reporting directly to the founders.
What You’ll Do
Student Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Run onboarding calls with every new student
- Explain the programme, key milestones, and set clear expectations
- Act as their dedicated success advisor throughout their journey
Track Progress & Accountability
- Maintain a live tracker of student milestones, payments, and progress
- Ensure students stay engaged, motivated, and on target
- Identify at-risk students and provide extra support
Support Career Success
- Help students prepare for interviews and applications
- Track all wins (interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases)
- Collaborate with the team to publish inspiring student success stories
1:1 Coaching (Selected Students)
- Conduct regular check-ins with high-potential or at-risk students
- Set weekly career goals and provide interview prep support
- Be the “internal recruiter” who guides them to job placement
Programme Support
- Help improve onboarding materials and student resources
- Provide insights to improve programme delivery

- Experience in customer success, student support, recruitment, or career coaching
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication — both empathetic and direct when needed
- A “people-first” mindset with a passion for seeing others succeed
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
