We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at White Lodge, our residential home in East Preston.
Hours – 18 hrs
Week 1 - Monday 14:00 – 20:00, Sat - 8:00 -14:00, Sun - 14:00 –20:00
Week 2 - Monday - 8:00 -14:00,Thursday - 8:00 -14:00, Friday - 8:00-14:00

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

More about you:

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
• Kind and caring with a positive approach;
