Summary
We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our compassionate team at St Anne's Court Care Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personal care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff.
- Support residents in participating in social activities and outings to promote engagement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care assistant role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
