Business
- You will be required to act as the first point of contact within the company, dealing with customer requests within the agreed timescale.
- Upload and process customer enquiries accurately
- Maintaining a high level of record keeping and ensuring clear audit trails for all correspondences
- Frequently communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their enquiry
- Support the Sales Manager in improving the focus towards a centre of excellence for all customers
- Support the sales team with the day to day running of the sales process Complete other duties as required
- The Person
- Strong background in administration, a holiday park setting preferred but not essential
- Experience of dealing with inbound sales
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints is essential
- Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to professionally respond to customers
- Ambitious individual with the desire to progress within the company
- IT literate, Microsoft 360, Excel and Sales Software Customers:
- Confidently deals with customer concerns with the ability to resolve problems
- . Reacts to customer feedback and works with the team to find quick solutions.
