PARK WARDEN
Versatile individual with a varied skill set required to join the team at Riverbend Caravan Park. Riverbend is a country park located 20 minutes from Welshpool and is a blend of natural beauty and top-notch amenities. The park has 100 owner occupied holiday homes, as well as seasonal touring and touring & camping pitches.
Warden will reside at the park and assist the Park Managers in the smooth day to day running of the park. Warden responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Cleaning of the washroom, sales stock & park buildings, etc. general park maintenance, gardening, holiday home siting, pitch development, touring and camping bookings (by phone and online booking system), reception duties, phone cover, email cover, holiday home sales assistance (on the park managers days off),
Previous experience is advantageous, but not a necessity as training will be provided.
It is necessary to hold a full driving licence.
Working Hours TBA
Full time permanent position.
5-6 days per week, depending on workload and park manager holidays.
As we operate in the tourism industry some weekend and bank holiday work will be necessary.
The Park Warden covers the park managers days off and holidays, so flexibility is required.
Remuneration £12.46 from 1st April 2025
Rent free two bedroom accommodation is provided. Water usage is free. Electricity and gas usage chargeable.
Start date: as soon as mutually agreeable.
