We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per health and safety regulations.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Ability to drive is advantageous for travel between different locations.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
