The purpose of this role is to support the team in the day-to-day running of our unit(s) with clear focus on standards & presentation of all areas, and ensuring the team knows what this looks like. The Café Supervisor will work alongside the Café Managers promoting our values, supporting the team, and leading by example.

- Good leadership skills

- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience of working within a similar environment
