Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring that beverages are prepared accurately and served promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety standards and best practices in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Assist with catering events as required, ensuring that all food items are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in bartending or catering is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to our diverse service offerings.
