The Service & Team:
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Business Systems Support Officer within the Business Systems Support Team.
The Business Systems Support Team supports approximately 2,500 system users in the Care and Wellbeing and Together for Families Directorates.
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business System Support Officer to support and develop the Directorate’s case management systems (MOSAIC, Core+ and Synergy), main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Support operational and business support colleagues in the analysis of business requirements and the creation of system development specifications
- Create system change documentation based on business requirements
- Develop, configure and maintain the primary case management systems, including MOSAIC, Synergy and Core+ used within the Together for Families Directorate and the Care and Wellbeing Directorate ensuring system and data integrity is maintained at all times
You will be motivated in your approach to work, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload. You must have good analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner.
You will have good experience of a range of IT systems and preferably case management/workflow-based systems.
You will be able to lead Business Requirement and User Acceptance meetings in order to gain approval from Managers to system changes.
What you’ll need to succeed:
You must hold a HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4 with relevant technological, linguistic or analytical content or have equivalent qualification/experience.
