Location United Kingdom Posted Date 22-Aug-2025 Ref # 68895The Business architect & Change Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning VMO2 and Mobile Access Engineering (MAE) strategic objectives with operational execution. This role is responsible for integrating people, processes, data, and technology to drive MAE transformation and efficiency. Acting as a bridge between business, operations and technology, the Business architect & Change Manager ensures that change initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position is based on a minimum Fixed Term Contract of 18 months.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Deep understanding of Business Models, Value Chains, Value Streams and Business Capabilities
- Experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation roles or Consulting positions
- Certified Business Architect (CBA) and/or BCS Professional Certificate in Business Architecture
- Process/project management experience whilst writing and implementing guidelines and setting performance measures

- The ability to work at both detailed and summary level
- The ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
- Strong people management skills, with ability to coach more junior team members
