We're searching for a truly special Before and After School Club Assistant/Play Worker who believes that childhood should be filled with laughter, discovery, and endless possibilities!

Your Stage: A primary school setting in South Derbyshire area
Your Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-9am & 3:00-5:30pm (term time)
Bonus Adventure: Up to 45 hours during school holidays!

Safety Superhero - You'll be the guardian angel ensuring every child feels secure while having the time of their lives
Activity Architect - Design and lead incredible experiences that spark creativity, build confidence, and create those "I can't wait to tell my parents!" moments
Behaviour Magician - Transform challenging moments into learning opportunities with your positive approach and clear, caring guidance
Team Player Extraordinaire - Collaborate with fellow staff to create an inclusive wonderland where every child feels valued and celebrated

What We're Looking For in Our Dream Candidate
Essential Superpowers:
- Real experience working with children (because you understand the magic they bring to the world!)
- Natural leadership abilities that inspire and guide young minds
- Communication skills that would make a storyteller jealous
- A Level 3 or Level 2 in a childcare qualification
- A heart full of patience, creativity, and genuine care for children's wellbeing
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of early childhood education (the secret sauce of child development!)
- Team collaboration skills mixed with independent initiative
