TikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within the Tech & Telco vertical as part of a wider Entertainment, Media, Tech and Telco vertical team
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Lead C Suite level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
- Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
