About the Brand & Campaign Designer role
We’re looking for a versatile Brand & Campaign Designer to support our marketing team across digital and physical channels. You’ll work part-time (2 days per week or 16 hours across a regular schedule that will support the business) to help us deliver high-quality creative assets for campaigns, events, and outreach, ensuring Intruder always looks as trustworthy and sharp as it is.
You’ll report to the Product Design Manager and collaborate closely with Marketing to execute fast, effective design work that builds our brand and reaches our audience.
What we think you need to be successful
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, brand, or visual design role
- A strong portfolio showing both digital (ads, social, email, web) and print (banners, merchandise, collateral) work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- A clear eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- The ability to work efficiently with clear communication, especially in async/remote contexts
- Comfort applying and evolving brand guidelines in a way that’s consistent but creative
- Bonus: experience with event design, motion graphics, or basic HTML/CSS
