Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. Your passion for hospitality and ability to manage time effectively will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with licensing laws
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to smooth bar operations
- Monitor inventory levels, assisting in ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of popular cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanour with exceptional communication skills, allowing you to connect with guests effectively.
