Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
