- Supporting the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and customer-ready.
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues professionally.
- Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and shift coordination.
- Promoting menu items and upselling to boost sales.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organised, reliable, and confident managing shift duties.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.
Desirable:
- Supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or café.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and First Aid at Work certificates.
- Experience with EPOS systems and stock/cash handling.
- Ambition to grow into future management roles.
