Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the industry and have a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practice

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience is required
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- A basic understanding of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
