The Role
We’re seeking dynamic Bar Service Team Members to be the heartbeat of our operations. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, this role offers flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. You’ll split your time between mixing drinks with flair behind the bar and running food and drinks to tables, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. This fast-paced, hands-on role is perfect for hospitality pros who thrive in a buzzing atmosphere and love connecting with people.
What You’ll Do
- Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and other drinks with precision and personality
- Deliver food and drinks to tables quickly and with a friendly vibe
- Engage with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience
- Keep the bar and service areas stocked, clean, and ready for action
- Clear tables and assist waitstaff with customer requests to maintain seamless service
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the energy high
- Add your unique spark to the Tsunami Beach Bars experience

- Availability: Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles, including evenings and weekends
- Experience: Proven skills in bartending, serving, or running in a hospitality setting

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (proof will be required)
- Previous experience in hospitality (e.g., bartending, waiting, or running) required
- Ability to stand, move, and multitask in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Must be over 18 (due to licensing laws)
