About the Role:
As Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring top-quality service, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage bar & restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members
- Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for smooth service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
- Train and mentor new staff on bar procedures and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and maximize profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance the bar experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management (hotel or pub experience a plus)
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in food safety regulations and food preparation techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenges diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
