Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities
- Train, mentor, and lead bar staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Must have up to two years bartending experience
- Basic cocktail knowledge/experience
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours from Thursday-Sunday
- Available to start job role immediately
