1 x Full time job (6 days / 37 hrs)
Possible 5 day role instead is negotiable
Hours: Mon to Sat: 2:30am - 9am (Half an hour earlier start & finish on Saturdays).

Stephens Bakery is a family run business that has been trading for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on quality efficiency. Our current range includes a selection of traditional loaves of bread, rolls and confectionary.
We supply our own two retail outlets as well as supplying wholesale customers across Cardiff.

Job description
As a baker you will be expected to work both of your own and part of a team.
A successful candidate will be expected to:
Produce products using a variety of different machinery including deck ovens, rack ovens, proofers, packaging machines.
Comply will all policies, rules and guidelines.
Maintain general cleanliness of the bakery.
About you:
Preferred to hold a valid hygiene certificate.
Prefer to hold a full driving license.
Experience of working in the food industry.
Be a positive and organised individual.
Be able to use your initiative.
