The Cranbrook Bakery is looking to recruit a full-time cake & confectionery baker.
As a cake and confectionery Baker, you will be working towards producing the highest-quality baked goods and working amongst a team who strive to give their best performance.
You will have experience working alone and as part of a team. Your main role will be focused on the cakes, biscuits and pastries our bakery produces. You will be preparing and finishing the cakes, donuts and pastries for the bakery in the morning.
We supply baked goods to surrounding farm shops and our own two shops, you will be expected to work with breads, cakes and confectionery.
We are looking for a strong team-player with a passion for baking and creating great quality products, along with having a good working knowledge of baking methods/techniques.
The Baker job is based in Kent and is paying £22,000+ according to individual skills, age and previous experience.
The working hours will be based on 40 per week, with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). This is a night time role based on an eight-hour shift. Our shift patters start at 10pm.
