Maravi - Baker
We are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to produce our own cake recipes for all of our stores. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, creavtivity and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes according to our store- specific recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture and presentation
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to maintain quality
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace
- Keep track of ingredient stock and notify the team when supplies are low
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with packaging and labelling cakes for distribution to stores
Requirements
- Previous baking experience
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Creativity and passion for baking
- Possibility to have involvement in recipe development
