The Role
As the Baby Room Lead Practitioner, you’ll lead a team in delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for babies aged under two years. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have extensive experience working with babies and young children within the EYFS framework.
- Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a passionate and energetic team.
- Be naturally nurturing and empathetic, ensuring every baby in your care feels loved, safe, and valued.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fostering warm and effective partnerships with parents and colleagues.
- Be a creative thinker, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our learning environments and experiences.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment where passion for early years education is shared and celebrated.
