The Role
The Auction & Omni Channel Coordinator plays a key role in managing live online auctions and omni-channel sales to maximise profitability while ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The position involves coordinating auction publications, handling buyer inquiries, maintaining accurate systems, and supporting business growth through digital sales channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and publish auctions swiftly and accurately
- Maximise profitability of auctions and omni-channel sales
- Address buyer inquiries and escalate complaints when required
- Manage buyer collections and ensure RAMS documentation is obtained
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and update projects in Monday.com
- Explore opportunities in digital marketplaces
- Respond to inquiries within 2 hours and resolve issues effectively
- Adhere to company policies, systems, and communication standards
- Support cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement
- Commit to personal development and quarterly reviews
