Kembles Estates is a leading Estate Agent in Doncaster. We have one of the largest organically grown letting books in Doncaster.
In 10 years we have established ourselves as the market leader in respct of rentals and our advice to our large base of landlords.
We now have an opening for a full-time assisted viewer. You will be showing properties to potential tenants , dealing with their questions and queries.
Duties
- Arrange your keys for your daily viewings
- Undertake your viewings contained in your dairy
- Report back to your colleagues in respect of any issues you may encounter at the property/ provide general feedback
- be quick thinking and dynamic as on occasions you may be asked to make urgent changes to your diary
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and information.
- Utilise analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and maximise service utilisation.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless viewing process for all clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Experience in upselling or promoting services is advantageous.

You will be working from a Town Centre location and will be provided with paid parking.
