Bowland Foods is a family run business based on the outskirts of Preston. We currently looking for a general admin / accounts assistant. To work within our small hands on team.
The job role includes:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets.
- Compiling reports
- Answering the phone and taking orders from customers
Experience working with Sage line 50 would be preferable but not essential.
Pay is dependent on experience. The role is office based, 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
