The Community and Primary Care Research Group (CPCRG) professional services team seek to appoint an Assistant Research Administrator. You will contribute to the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient research administrative support service across a range of projects and programmes.
You will be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and will provide administrative support across multiple projects and functions to meet the needs of the CPCRG. You will report to the Senior Research Administrator(s) and will develop close working relationships with academic and departmental colleagues at all levels to ensure the smooth running of the group.
You will hold numeracy and literacy at secondary education level along with having educational attainment at further education level (or demonstrable equivalent experience). You will have excellent and proven working knowledge/training Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and databases and hold a relevant administrative qualification/training or demonstrable experience. CPCRG require someone who can work both independently and as part of a team.
This position can be part-time or full-time, working from 29.6 to 37 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis from 1st October 2025 until 31st March 2026. The number of hours per week can be discussed at interview, along with the days of the week these can be worked.

For this role, you will need to be on site 4 days a week. Although we can acommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
