In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in our ecommerce team, helping to bring new products and ranges to life online. You’ll make sure everything from product data and descriptions to imagery and categorisation is accurate and engaging, so our customers enjoy a smooth and inspiring shopping experience. You’ll work closely with teams across buying, supply chain, digital trading, marketing, and our photography studio to ensure every product is easy to find, looks great, and meets our brand standards. Key Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
- Set up new products and ranges on the ecommerce platform ahead of launch, ensuring accurate input of product data, images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Create clear and compelling product titles, features, and benefits that help customers quickly understand what each product offers.
- Collaborate with the photography studio and suppliers to source and upload high-quality imagery and assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure products are correctly categorised, tagged, and optimised with keywords to enhance searchability and navigation across the site and search engines.
- Conduct regular audits of live products to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and filter attribution to inform best practices and support SEO strategy.
- Work closely with trading and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Help coordinate and track the performance of key customer events and range launches, including stock and sell-through rates.
- Liaise with buying, supply chain, digital trading, and other teams to ensure product listings are complete, timely, and tailored to customer needs.

You’ll bring retail experience and ideally some exposure to ecommerce, along with a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You’re confident juggling multiple priorities and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, is essential, and any knowledge of SEO or copywriting would be a bonus.
