- Salary: £36,277 £38,787 after in-role qualification
- Hours: 37.5/week | Mon–Fri | No shifts/weekends
- Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site in Wiltshire
- Delivering hands-on training in small arms/light weapons
- Supporting trainees with real-world knowledge
- Demonstrating engineering best practices in a workshop setting
- Class 1 Armourer (or equivalent)
- Military weapons engineering background
- Experience with inspection, maintenance, or repair of small arms
- Willingness to become a qualified instructor (fully supported)
