What We’re Looking For?
As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a motivated, organised and proactive Business Admin Apprentice to join our central team.
Role responsibilities:
- Responding to customer and supplier queries with speed and professionalism
- Working in the ordering team, overseeing the delivery of products and services to our end user
- Supporting the sales team by sourcing quotes, updating price lists, and creating proposals
- Helping the finance team chase invoices and log payments
- Overseeing aftersales repairs from start to finish, keeping customers updated every step of the way
- Logging all interactions in our CRM system
- General administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
Must-Haves:
- Multi-tasker - no two days are the same, your role will be varied!
- Organised, detail-focused and great at multitasking
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal
- Fast learner with strong IT skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Bonus Points For:
- Previous experience in B2B administration or customer service
- Experience working in or with schools/education
- Driving licence and own car

Pay: £18,525.00 per year
