Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients to our Client's treatments and services.
You will be responsible for reaching out to individuals who have shown interest via our client's social media ads, ensuring the potential interest turns into booked appointments.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment, with attention to detail. Proficiency in telemarketing or sales will be highly regarded.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and messages to interested clients, answering any queries regarding treatments.
- Schedule consultations with paid booking deposits, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Utilise GoHighLevel CRM software to manage leads and track appointment status.
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as required.
- Maintain an organised database of contacts and update records as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Clients to align on goals and strategies for Appointment Setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is advantageous for managing client interactions efficiently.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £20,537.00-£24,451.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week
