About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and compassionate Appointee Administrative Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced team. This role is an integral part of our Appointee Team, providing front-line support to clients and connecting with a range of professional services.
You will work independently to manage calls, emails and messages. Ensuring clear communication between clients, team members, and departments. This is a part-time role that requires someone who can multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and bring strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Managing emails from clients, support workers, and social workers
- Directing calls and messages to the appropriate team members or departments
- Liaising with support services as needed
- Provide high-level client care and service
- Working independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team
About You:
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent admin skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist or social care sector preferred
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
