Job Description
Role summary
As the AI Strategy & Governance Lead, you will drive development of our emerging AI service across our Real Estate segment. This role combines strategic planning, ethical oversight, and risk management to ensure AI initiatives are responsibly deployed and aligned to our client needs and business priorities.
Key responsibilities
Develop and refine the AI strategy in alignment with business goals and digital transformation objectives
Conduct AI readiness assessments across major capital investment programmes to identify and prioritise AI use cases with measurable business impact
Design and implement AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and controls to ensure alignment with industry best practice
Define risk tolerance levels and mitigation strategies for AI deployments
Champion ethical AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability
Lead the development of ethical AI principles and review processes thereof, for AI models and applications
Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients on AI strategy and governance
Facilitate and lead internal initiatives to build AI literacy and governance awareness
Represent Turner Townsend in external forums and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following:
Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science
Information Governance, Law, or Business Administration (with a technology focus)
Skills and competencies
Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI strategy, governance, or digital transformation
Proven experience developing and implementing governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data ethics, and regulatory landscapes
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and AI lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Knowledge of MLOps, data governance platforms, and responsible AI toolkits.
