What You’ll Do:
- Lead Strategy: Define and own our enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Drive Impact: Identify and prioritise high-value use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and intelligent agents.
- Deliver Solutions: Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models into production systems.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business units to scale AI capabilities.
- Promote Ethical AI: Advocate for responsible AI practices in line with UK and international standards.
- Build Awareness: Lead internal education initiatives—demos, workshops, playbooks—to boost AI literacy.
- Govern Effectively: Develop frameworks for AI project governance, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external AI platform vendors and partners.
- Stay Ahead: Keep ClearCourse at the forefront of GenAI, MLOps, RPA, and regulatory trends.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation initiatives in a digital or tech-driven organisation
- Strong knowledge of GenAI, NLP, LLMs, RPA, and their business applications
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g. OpenAI, Azure ML, Vertex AI, UiPath)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical and commercially focused mindset—able to identify and quantify impact
Desirable:
- Technical background in data science, engineering, or computer science
- Understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 42001, UK AI regulations)
- Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery teams
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation or change management initiatives
