The ACP w ill work as part of a large multidisciplinary team including medical, clerical, non-clinical support and professions allied to Haematology in managing the clinical needs of patients presenting to Haematology services
Under the guidance of protocols, independently receives, assesses and manages patients admitted or presenting to Haematology services. Th job will involve working across acute and outpatient services and across different BTHFT sites.
Work autonomously within a wider health care team
Work across professional, organisational, and system boundaries and proactively develop and sustain new partnerships and networks to influence and promote health outcomes and healthcare delivery systems.
