Are you a friendly and efficient professional looking to make a difference in the community? The Nelson Trust Women's Centre in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Administrator/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our centre and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Location: Bristol Women's Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution)
As our Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, presenting a friendly and professional image of the Nelson Trust Women's Centre. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining effective administrative systems, managing data input for reporting, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data.
- Liaise with external agencies and referral pathways.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
- Support the team with data analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the charity sector and using design software (desirable).
