We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Administrator for our newly acquired Eating Disorder Service in Stockport.

We are looking for motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.


Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attending meetings to take minutes, typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.

The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.

Essential criteria
  • Working knowledge of software programmes e.g. Microsoft office applications

  • Evidence of good typing skills e.g. RSA 111/NVQ Level III in an admin related subject or equivalent
