As a Administrator you'll assist the Property team in supporting, maintaining and testing the Property Repairs and Maintenance software solution. The main focus will be resolving and responding to customer queries, along with testing updates and assisting, training and reporting.

Your role as Administrator
Resolving first line customer support queries for the Pulse Portal and Core Pulse.
Liaising directly with the Helpdesk, the Stat team, Contractors, Engineers, Approvers and Houses over Pulse issues.
Administrative systems tasks including setting up new accounts, fixing broken orders, resetting Pulse accounts and updating budgets each period.
Work with Procurement to on-board new Contractors joining the business.
Training customers and contractors to use the system to its potential.
Working alongside the internal IT department and an external software house to support incidents and upgrades.
Quickly reporting any system issues to the IT department.
Testing system updates and enhancements prior to rollout.
Ad-hoc system reporting, including pivot tables and lookups for colleagues in and outside of Property.
Providing basic analysis on data exported from repairs and maintenance system.
Providing information for period reports.
Assistance with generating Stat Programmes at start of year and then support Contractor Changes etc. throughout the year.
Updating approvals to match operational area changes in the business.
Liaising with finance to support invoice queries.
What you’ll bring…

High level of experience on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
