Based at our Gloucester office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. This role will see you working closely with colleagues across the office to deliver efficient, high-quality administrative support, while also taking ownership of front-of-house duties to create a welcoming, professional first impression for our clients and visitors. The ability to multi-task with confidence — balancing competing priorities while staying calm and organised — will be key to your success in this role.
What will you be doing?
- To be the first point of contact for all clients and members of the public, either face to face, by telephone or via the firms’ general enquiries platform
- To deal with ongoing enquiries from clients, ensuring positive business relationships & the firm’s excellent client service are maintained
- To assist with file-opening in a wider centralised administrative support team
- To provide secretarial, front of house (FOH) & general office support
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong IT skills: with ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail: with good communication skills and client care
- Time Management: Able to work to deadlines & prioritise workload accordingly
- Team-player: Collaborative, with a willingness to learn from and provide support to others
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required by the role
