Clinical Administrator
We are looking for :
- Commitment to develop career

- Experience of EMIS web preferred
- Experience of working in an office environment, particularly a medical setting, as a receptionist or administrator would be desirable
- Willingness to undergo training, online mandatory training and other training demanded by the role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- A team player
Main duties:
- Referrals
- Registrations/Deductions
- Running recall systems – managing patient diaries
- Drafting letters to other clinicians and outside agencies
- Following Safeguarding procedures using local and surgery protocols
- Processing requests for online services
- Dealing with basic patient enquiries without supervision that do not require a manager or GP attention.
Hours
Part-time hours: negotiable - All staff are expected to be flexible and to cover annual leave of administrators and receptionists by pre-arrangement.
