Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and a good command of office software.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support financial processes by managing invoices and statements for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office.
- Collating audit paper work as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience with Xero accounting system preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
